Michael Crouch, BA, NCPRSS, CPSS, CPS, ADC-P is a nationally certified recovery professional with extensive experience in addiction treatment, peer recovery support services, harm reduction, and recovery-oriented systems of care. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services with a concentration in Behavioral Health and serves as an Addiction Recovery Education Consultant.
Throughout his career, Michael has worked in outpatient treatment programs, healthcare systems, office-based opioid treatment (OBOT), recovery community organizations, harm reduction initiatives, and research projects focused on peer recovery support services. He has also led collegiate recovery programs, managed Recovery Community Organizations, and trained and supervised Certified Peer Support Specialists.
Michael is passionate about supporting individuals and families impacted by substance use disorders while helping organizations strengthen recovery-focused services. His expertise includes recovery support services, workforce development, peer supervision, recovery capital, and harm reduction strategies.
