Cynthia Romo, BA, CHW, CPRSS, MHPS, PSS, NCPSS is a dedicated Peer Coach with a passion for helping individuals achieve their personal, wellness, and recovery goals. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Social Work, Humanities, and English Literature, along with certifications in community health work, recovery and mental health peer support, peer supervision, and national peer support.
Cynthia brings experience supporting individuals facing substance use, mental health, caregiving, and life-transition challenges. She takes a person-centered approach focused on resilience, self-empowerment, and meaningful, sustainable change. She helps individuals recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, and connect with resources that support long-term well-being.
