Annalynn Barnett

Annalynn Barnett is a relationship-driven sales and business development professional with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations grow through meaningful connections and smart partnerships. Much of her career was spent in telecommunications sales, where she worked across all levels of management, including executive leadership teams. She has frequently worked with startups and entrepreneurial organizations, bringing a practical, solutions-focused mindset and a natural ability to connect people, ideas, and opportunities.

Over the past seven years, Annalynn has focused her work in the mental health and recovery space. As someone in long-term recovery herself, she is deeply involved in recovery communities and fellowships and brings both professional experience and personal understanding to the work. She is also a Certified Peer Support Specialist with a focus on grief, shaped in part by her own life experiences. Annalynn believes that substance use disorder is often a coping mechanism and that addressing mental health leads to safer workplaces, stronger families, and more fulfilled individuals.

Outside of her professional work, Annalynn is active in her community. She serves on the board of the Cancer Survivors Park Alliance, volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, and is involved in her church. She believes strongly in service, connection, and the power of people helping people.
