Kristen Ropp

Kristen Ropp, NCPSS, LPN is a Nationally Certified Peer Support Specialist and Licensed Practical Nurse with more than 15 years of experience in pediatrics, mental health, and recovery support. She has been part of BuildWell Health since its inception in 2024, following her work as a Peer Support Specialist with Youturn Health.

Drawing from both her professional background and lived experience in recovery, Kristen specializes in supporting individuals and families affected by substance use disorders, as well as women navigating stress management, mood disorders, and life’s everyday challenges. She is passionate about helping people discover that lasting change is possible through compassionate support, practical tools, and small, meaningful steps forward.

A native of Atlanta, Kristen has been in recovery since 2017 and is committed to lifelong learning through continued education and specialized training in mental health and substance use disorders. She believes every person has the ability to build a meaningful, healthy, and fulfilling life, regardless of the obstacles they face.
